Candidates are presented to clients confidentially, and your Marshall-Alan consultant will coordinate and outline any additional requirements.
Marshall-Alan may negotiate compensation packages and other aspects of engagement as required, and offers guidance to secure the right package for each role. Your consultant will keep in touch in the first three months of your appointment to ensure candidates are happy.
